Nippers compete in between five and seven inter-club competitions per season.

Competitions are open to any Nipper who has qualified by passing the national Nipper Exam.

Competitions are a fantastic display of our Nipper’s beach and sea skills, and include:

• Beach events: Beach sprints, beach relays, long run and beach flags
• Water events: Surf swim, bodyboard and malibu board (knee board)
• Taplin relay: Team event made up of a run, swim and board
